    It is recommended to book the moving service at least two weeks in advance. However, same-day bookings are also available in urgent cases.
  • Can I borrow moving boxes or baskets?
    Yes, we provide them for free. Borrowing them a week before the move can help save time and costs.
  • What information should I provide?
    Moving date and time Number of bedrooms in the house Pickup and delivery addresses Building type and parking gate height
  • What preparations should I make before moving?
    Safeguard valuables separately in advance. Pack items into the borrowed moving boxes or baskets beforehand. Dispose of unnecessary appliances or furniture by notifying the local council and keep only the essentials.

    Keep valuables, documents, and cash separate and carry them personally on the moving day.
  • How should parking issues be handled on the moving day?
    Confirm the height of the parking gate and the loading dock in advance. For apartments, it is important to reserve the lift and truck parking space in advance. Contact the apartment management office to reserve the lift and prepare a deposit if required. Secure parking space through the management office or nearby parking facilities.
  • What should I do after moving?
    Notify public institutions of your address change and transfer any relevant services. If there are damaged or lost items, report them to the moving company immediately.
